This project is located in The European side of Istanbul, in Kagithane which is a neighborhood at the far northern end of the European side of Istanbul. It is a former working-class district that has experienced rapid development in recent years, with many new businesses and residences opening in the area. Also, the location of the Istanbul Airport metro line has a line speed of up to 120km/h and an end-to-end journey time of 24 minutes. The project area is 4,400 m2 with a 3000 m2 green area.
