The RIVERLAND project is located in Kagithane which is a neighborhood at the far northern end of the European side of Istanbul. It is a former working-class district that has experienced rapid development in recent years, with many new businesses and residences opening in the area. It is home to the Istanbul Sapphire, a large shopping mall, and is also the location of the Istanbul Airport metro line, which has a line speed of up to 120km/h and an end-to-end journey time of 24 minutes. 

The total area of this project is 6,000 square meters with 24\7 security and a parking space.
